Booking and stay rules
Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 14:00. Check-out by 11:00.
Early check-in & late check-out
Early check-in (06:00–09:00 until 14:00) — +50%. Late check-out (until 18:00) — +50%. *by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
Prepayment
To confirm a booking a 50% prepayment is required. The balance is paid no later than the day of arrival.
Cancellation
The prepayment is non-refundable but is held for you for 30 days. If cancelled 1–3 days before arrival, the prepayment is not refunded and the date is not moved.
Quiet after 22:00
Please keep quiet after 22:00 so as not to disturb other guests of the complex.
No smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the houses. Guests are liable for any damage to the property.
With pets
Only dogs up to 8 kg are allowed. Surcharge — 200 UAH.
Extra items
Towels — 100 UAH
Robes — 100 UAH
Brooms — 200 UAH
Bath hats — 100 UAH
Essential oils — 200 UAH
Herbs for the tub — 300 UAH
Firewood — 250 UAH
Charcoal — 250 UAH
A basic set is included in the price of the stay.
